The practice & philosophy of Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training covers all the significant dimensions of Vinyasa Yoga, Tristhana Practice, Vinyasa Krama, practices of Pranayama, Meditations, Bandha, Mudra, Kriyas etc., along with the philosophy of Yoga from Yoga sutras of Patanjali to Nadis & Chakras.
