Together, they offer not just techniques but the spirit of yoga - rooted in wisdom, refined by experience, and shared with joy.
Essentials of Yoga Sadhana
No work from Home
This is an intensive sadhana time. This is an effort to go inwards, to go deeper. You won't be able to take the time off from the sessions to work online. The sadhana expects your attention for two weeks completely and that's why please manage everything before you walk into Yoga Sadhana.
Ashram
This Sadhana expects you to be completely dedicated to the practice & philosophy of Yoga. We are located on the outskirts of Mysore, away from the city noise and completely dedicated to the yogic life. Keeping the modern application of Yoga in mind, we strive to bring you the traditional wisdom of Yoga as it is during the courses.
Companion wellness Stay
If you are travelling with a spouse, family member, or companion who is not joining Yoga Sadhana, they are welcome to stay with you in a private room. While companions do not participate in the sessions, they are encouraged to enjoy a peaceful stay on campus and may choose from a range of Ayurveda consultations, therapies, wellness treatments, and other holistic experiences during their visit.
