This Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is based on the traditional Ashtanga Yoga of Yoga Kuranta and teachings of Sri K Pattabhi Jois, the father of Ashtanga Vinyasa in the 21st century.

The practice & philosophy of Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training covers all the significant dimensions of ofAshtanga Yoga, Tristhana Practice, Vinyasa Krama, practices of Pranayama, Meditations, Bandha, Mudra, Kriyas etc along with the philosophy of yoga from Yoga sutras of Patanjali to Nadis & Chakras.
