This Hatha Yoga Teacher Training is based on the traditional teachings of Hatha Yoga practice & philosophy based on the teaching of Hatha Yoga Pradeepika, Gheranda Samhita and Shiva Samhita. 

The practice & philosophy of Hatha Yoga Teacher Training covers all the significant dimensions of Hatha Yoga, from traditional asana practice to Pranayama, Meditations, Bandha, Mudra, Kriyas etc.
